Overview
What is changing?
Payments & Invoicing is being discontinued. You will have the opportunity to transition to Bill Pay, available through Online and Mobile Banking.
- Bill Pay does not include invoicing capabilities
Why is Payments & Invoicing being discontinued?
We listened to client feedback and found that Payments & Invoicing did not support many client needs. Bill Pay provides a more modern, flexible experience with enhanced features.
I am currently enrolled in consumer Bill Pay. Is it the same as what I use today?
If you already use consumer Bill Pay in Online Banking, this will feel very familiar – it’s the same experience with additional enhancements.
Key Dates & Availability
How long will Payments & Invoicing be available?
- November 20, 2026 – Last day to create invoices or schedule payments
- Through December 4, 2026 – You can continue using Payments & Invoicing
- December 5, 2026 – Payments & Invoicing will be discontinued and access will end

How is Bill Pay different?
Bill Pay offers enhanced capabilities, including:
- Mobile access
- eBill presentment
- Vendor/payee management
- Ability to link external funding accounts

Does Bill Pay integrate with QuickBooks Online?
No. Bill Pay does not integrate with QuickBooks Online.
What You Need to Do
What steps do I need to take to move to Bill Pay?
- Review the Payments & Invoicing transition email you received.
- Export your data from Payments & Invoicing.
- Cancel any payments if needed (see cancellation details below).
- Enroll in Bill Pay through Online Banking.

Bill Pay Enrollment & Access
How do I enroll in Bill Pay?
Once Payments & Invoicing is closed:
- Log into Online Banking.
- Select Pay & Transfer.
- Select Pay Bills.
How do I add additional users to Bill Pay?
You can manage sub-users and assign Bill Pay permissions through Online Banking.
Cancelling Payments
If I need to cancel payments, what is the timeframe?
Check Payments
- Checks can be voided after processing and before deposit or cashing.
- Request void:
- From 1:00 a.m. PT / 4:00 a.m. ET on the Process Date
- Voids take up to 2 bank business days to complete.
- Status will show as Pending until processed.
ePayments
- Can be cancelled up to the cancellation cut-off time on the Process Date.
- Can be voided:
- After 1:00 a.m. PT / 4:00 a.m. ET the business day following the Process Date
- Until 4:00 p.m. PT / 7:00 p.m. ET on the business day before the delivery date
- Funds are deducted on the Process Date, so voiding does not prevent the debit.
Data & Information Transfer
Will my vendor, payee, or payment information transfer to Bill Pay?
No. Vendor and payee information does not transfer.
- You must export your data from Payments & Invoicing.
- Information must be manually added to Bill Pay.
Can the bank export my information for me?
MISSING
Can the bank set up Bill Pay for me?
No. Due to privacy laws, the bank cannot enter your setup information on your behalf.

What Happens When my Service Is Closed?
What happens to my payments?
- Payments in Processing status will still complete.
- Future-dated payments will be automatically cancelled.
Can I cancel invoices after my service is closed?
No. Once Payments & Invoicing is closed, you will no longer have access to your invoices.
Can my vendor still pay an invoice I sent to them?
No. Vendors will not be able to pay invoices through Payments & Invoicing once the service is closed.
You must notify vendors to use another payment method, such as:
- Wire
- ACH
- Zelle®
The existing invoice payment link they received will no longer be valid.
Getting Help After Closure
- I didn’t export my records and need them
- I need to submit a claim for a Payments & Invoicing transaction
- I need to void a check from Payments & Invoicing

Additional Options
What if I want to remain in Payments & Invoicing?
You may enroll directly with BILL (New Enrollment/Company Login) to continue using a similar service.
- Your existing data will not transfer automatically
- You must download data from Payments & Invoicing and upload it into BILL
What invoicing options do I have after Payments & Invoicing is closed?
You may:
- Use Zelle® for Business
- Enroll in Merchant Services
